Governing Law
Avyon submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts, in accordance with the laws of England .

Pricing
In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises.

Shipping & Handling
Our shipping partners are UPS. We are constantly seeking the most
cost efficient alternatives so we can pass on the best possible shipping prices to our customers. Therefore this is subject to change without prior notice.
Our shipping rate calculation is very simple and is separated into the following bands:
Super Saver: Delivered in 3-7 working days ( GBP 15.00 per shipment )
Standard Shipping: Delivered in 2-5 working days ( GBP 20.00 per shipment )
Priority Shipping: Delivered in 1-2 working days ( GBP 30.00 per shipment )}
dates are subject to the order being placed before the cut-off time of 4:00 pm, availability of stock, clearance of fund and all security checks.

Guarantee
All of our products are guaranteed for 1 year. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our equipment and if you feel that anything you receive is not up to the high standards you expect then please contact us at E-mail (Sales):

Delays in dispatch
We carry in stock approximately 99% of the products advertised on our website so in the majority of cases we despatch within 24 hours. We will always send you an E-mail giving you estimated delivery times. We are in the hands of the manufacturers sometimes and always give you their estimated delivery times on out of stock items. In the unlikely event of your goods not being complete, it is the receivers’ responsibility to contact us within 72 hours of the parcel being delivered.
Returning Unused Goods
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from www.Avyon.co.uk you may return unused goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. It is the receiver’s responsibility to return any product unwanted or faulty.

Faulty Goods and RMA
RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorisation) must be within warranty period (1 year), otherwise any labor and/or parts cost chargeable will be liable by the customer.
Under certain cases, we may refer you directly to manufacturers who provide direct end user RMA services. The main reason manufacturers wishes to do this is to provide a more efficient and satisfactory support on their products. However customers will still have the option to return faulty goods to us to be processed for repair / replacement by manufacturers.
Certain manufacturers provides warranty period of over 1 year. If your faulty item was purchased over 1 year ago but is still within Manufacturers Warranty, please contact the manufacturer regarding repair/replacement under warranty.

Damaged goods
In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods please inform us immediately. Once the goods have been used we will not be responsible for any claims for damaged goods. We will arrange for return of goods and upon inspection will send a replacement by return of post.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at sales@avyon.co.uk and we will attempt to remedy the situation. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.
